TLC Home Stagers can furnish a vacant home or condo or will work with the homeowners' existing furnishings, enhancing it with items drawn from our inventory of furniture, artwork and decorative items, all selected specifically for your home.

We offer you full service. From development of the creative staging plan, to furniture rental, delivery and set-up, and regular touch-up inspections, we do it all!
   
   Following are the Services Offered by TLC Home Stagers
  This is a great way to start!  TLC will visit your home to evaluate and determine your staging needs.  The initial visit is usually 1-2 hours, depending on the size of the property.  We will be taking notes and digital pictures for reference.  A personal consultation report will detail exactly what needs to be done, room by room. You will know what needs to be put away, packed away or kept for staging. Also, you’ll know how the rooms should be arranged and accessorized to make your home show its best to maximize its selling potential.
   
  After receiving the consultation report, you can then choose to do all of the work yourself, or we can help you.  We can do as little or as much as you’d like.  If you choose to do the staging yourself, you will know exactly where to focus your energies to get top dollar for your home.

  You get everything in the Basic Consultation, plus for the Homeowner who would like a little more hands-on guidance, a TLC Stager will help you stage 1 or 2 rooms, so you will have the feel for what Staging is all about. This will most likely take an additional 2-4 hours.
   
  For a homeowner who prefers all the work be done by a professional, TLC is happy to offer Full Service Staging. This includes:
   
  Evaluation: The listing is thoroughly evaluated by a Professional Home Stager to determine the Staging needed to get this house ready for sale. The first visit lasts from 1 – 3 hours (depending on the size of the property). Notes and Digital Pictures are taken for reference.
   
  Bid Presentation: At the second meeting, a bid is presented based on the evaluation and is very similar to a listing presentation. The bid includes all Staging Fees as well as Furniture and Accessory rental if needed.
   
  Staging Day: When a client decides to go ahead with the project, the staging day is scheduled. Once any maintenance (Painting, de-cluttering, professional cleaning etc.) is completed, we begin the process of staging your property. This involves rearranging, accessorizing and dressing up your home. We’ll work first with what you already have, and then add rental accessories and furniture if necessary. It takes 1 – 3 days to stage a property.
   
  We are happy to help with locating landscapers, painters, carpenters and house cleaners if needed.

It costs much less than redecorating because it’s mainly done using your own furniture and accessories. It’s also referred to as “Staged to Live”.
